These versions come with language packs for up to nine languages.

The PDF Reader comes with Chinese, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Polish, Russian and Spanish in one application. Apart from that, Perfect DocuReader is available in separate German and in English language versions. Together with the sales products, the freeware belongs to the Perfect PDF family. Detailed comparisons of the sales products may be seen on http://soft- COMMERCIAL USE Perfect PDF Master 6, Perfect PDF Reader 6 and Perfect DocuReader 6 are for free for non-commercial use. Commercial use is possible, however, an e-mail should be sent to sales@softxpansion.com to get to know the details and conditions. The standard version of Perfect DocuReader 6 is free for commercial use as well, but the characteristics of this version should be considered (see below for details). CREATE PDF FILES CONVENIENTLY Perfect PDF Master 6 creates PDF files from within any application that allows printing documents and the selection of printers. After the installation, a new "virtual" printer entry called "soft Xpansion Perfect PDF Master 6" can be found in the list of printers. This printer is a "virtual" one since it does not print anything to paper, but redirects the print job into a file, thus converting the job into a PDF document. The file is created with just a few mouse clicks and the creation process uses predefined PDF settings. Alternatively, the settings may be made manually, for example security settings, PDF version, optimisation, font embedding, image quality or the general description (general document properties). Moreover, Perfect PDF Master 6 creates PDF/A files in compliance with the ISO 19005 standard for long-term archiving. The product is worth considering since it offers the following additional possibilities: Unlike the previous versions, Perfect PDF Reader 6 is now being implemented seamlessly into Internet Explorer if the user chooses it to be the standard PDF reader program.
