High Impact Cradle & Granby Wrestling Camp

Camp Philosophy and components:
•   Positive mental attitude/Leadership: We believe in building young men whose citizenship is as outstanding as their mat skills.  Each day concludes with a leadership development message delivered by a guest speaker.  Working through adversity is also a valuable life skill.  Wrestlers will be challenged to break through conditioning barriers.
•   Technique:  You will be instructed in the most effective “cutting edge” techniques and strategies by many outstanding coaches and clinicians.  
•   Live Wrestling:  Team Duals, Individual Competition, and Takedown Tournament

The granby, high-low, shrug, 5point rolls, sit-outs, sweep single, drags, our crossface and inside cradle series, and more will be covered at this camp.

Cost:  $75 for the entire week!
Camp Registration:  Capacity is Limited.  Visit the website, print and sign mail-in the registration form and fee as soon as possible to guarantee your place in this outstanding opportunity. You should send in your individual form even if you are coming as part of a team.  The $75 non-refundable fee is due by June 1, 2010.  Coaches with 5 wrestlers attend free.  A second coach may also attend free with 10 wrestlers.  Only money orders will be accepted by mail. No personal checks. Proof of insurance is required upon final registration or you will not be allowed into the camp.

Please note that if you register online you still MUST fill out the registration form or print the online waiver and sign it. Camper MUST still bring proof of insurance and required forms to registration.

All proceeds from camp will be donated to Phoenix Children’s Hospital Cancer & Bone Disorder Center.

Attention Coaches: There is limited lodging that will be available for out of area and out-of-state teams and wrestlers to sleep in the gym. If you will need to sleep in the gym, you must notify ASAP. Space is first come, first serve basis. You must provide own bedding (i.e. sleeping bags, pillows, etc.). Contact Coach L.C. Recreation: The last day of camp we will be going to Wet N’ Wild Water park in Glendale, AZ. We have discounted rates for the park. Tickets are $22 for all-day (in addition to registration fee). If you or your team needs tickets, please contact us so we can have an accurate count of tickets we will need.

This camp is a HIGH IMPACT, HIGH TENACITY experience designed for very serious high school wrestlers who desire a demanding and disciplined schedule of wrestling and conditioning.  This camp is not for middle school or elementary school wrestlers.
