We are testing a new web site for those having issues with using Quickbooks. We've investigated similar web sites and found them to be difficult to use for the average person. We wanted to create a simple to use method of getting answers to some of the basic issues that casual user's experience as well as complex issues that experienced users often deal with.We feel this is a good start for all users to get assistance. Some issues can be resolved quickly via telephone or email while more complex issues may need to be handled via remote access or even one-on-one.
