Residential Warranty Corporation (RWC), which is the largest warranty company in the building system industry, recognized industry leader Log Cabin Homes Ltd, for its high standards of technical competency, financial stability and ethical business practices in the design and manufacturing of log and timber frame homes and structures at a plaque presentation ceremony at its corporate headquarters in Rocky Mount, North Carolina.
At the presentation ceremony, RWC Corporate Executive David Kinney said “Only building system manufacturers that maintain high standards and meet stringent criteria for financial stability, technical competency, ethical business practices and quality construction are recognized by my company.”
He went on to say “Log Cabin Homes meets these requirements and is approved and licensed to offer the RWC 10 Year Structural warranty for its building system to all its customers.”

The RWC Structural Warranty provides ten years of major structural defect protection for the materials provided by the licensed manufacturer in its building system package assuring that any elements that do not meet standards will be corrected.
This third-party quality assurance gives the customer the peace of mind that the home and structure meets the high standards that increases a home’s value with a warranty that transfers to a subsequent buyer.
The RWC Structural Warranty for a building system allows the customer to have the selected builder apply for acceptance to RWC for approval to have the entire finished home or structure warranted.
