Gilad Receives 2010 "Best All Over Toning DVD" Award from Fitness Magazine

Feb. 10, 2010 - PRLog -- Fitness Magazine asked dozens of women to workout to more than 80 of the latest released exercise DVDs.  They rated their top ten and once again, Gilad produced another award winning DVD.  "Gilad Total Body Sculpt Plus:  Peak Performance" DVD, won "Best All Over Toning" 2010 award.  Check out the article in the February 2010 edition of Fitness Magazine.    Fitness Magazine says they love it because, "You can choose between two 45 minute workouts focused either on arms and legs, or on shoulders, abs, butt and thighs.  Also, the calorie torching plyometrics, like jump lunges, and strength moves like, shoulder presses , effectively burns and firms."  A Fitness Magazine tester commented that, "Gilad has a ton of personality!  He enthusiastically talks you through each move so the DVD feels like a real class and you stay motivated."  

"Gilad Total Body Sculpt Plus:  Peak Performance"  DVD is just one of many DVD and television shows Gilad has produced.  He has created 30 top rated instructional fitness videos.  Gilad launched his first TV show in 1983 called "Bodies in Motion."  "Bodies in Motion" and "Total Body Sculpt with Gilad," both air on Discovery's FitTV.

Gilad has been busy producing challenging and fun DVDs and planning a fitness camp.  For the first time ever, Gilad is giving people a chance to exercise with him in person.  Gilad hopes people will step away from the home gym or living room television and come to gorgeous Hawaii to get their Gilad workout.  Gilad is hosting the event, "Gilad's Fitness Adventure," on the Big Island of Hawaii, June 13-19, 2010.  This is fantastic opportunity to take multiple fitness classes a day, eat healthy, and explore the Big Island of Hawaii.  Gilad will instruct several classes daily, similar to those seen on his award winning DVDs and TV show.  In addition, there will be classes in yoga, Pilates, aqua aerobics, and daily guided walks and hikes.
