Sincia Liu, who has been with Comrise for over 15 years, has served as the General Manager of Comrise since 1997. Ms. Liu joined the company to fill the roles of Contracts Officer and Account Manager during the first three years of her career, supporting both Federal Government contracts (ERSDSII & TIPSS), serving the US Department of Treasury and the FAA, and commercial consulting services. During her tenure as General Manager, she was responsible for business development and expansion as well as the operations of the company. Thomas Liou has grown up with the company holding various internship positions. He graduated from Carnegie Mellon with a degree in Business and, more recently, from New York Law School. He is a Member of the Bar in both New York and New Jersey. Since joining Comrise as Corporate Attorney He has been involved in all aspects of the business and has demonstrated a keen sense of entrepreneurship. In his new role as the GM, he will be responsible for business development for US operations, formulating policies, managing daily operations, and resource planning.
