Concord, NH – Hinckley, Allen & Snyder LLP is pleased to announce that Priscilla Kimball has joined the firm as Of Counsel in its Health and Corporate Practice Groups in its Concord, NH office.
Priscilla counsels clients on contracting, general corporate and regulatory matters, hospital and practitioner relationships, compliance, licensing, federal and state privacy issues, including HIPAA, fraud and abuse, and patient health care policies and issues. Prior to joining HA&S, she practiced at Sheehan Phinney, Bass + Green PA and was formerly an executive in the managed health care industry for six years, serving as chief development officer for Healthsource Inc.
Priscilla is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire and Boston College Law School, where she received her J.D.
