February 10th, 2010 -- The Accent Media Group recently re-launched The Hot Zone (http://www.hotzoneonline.com)
After its September 2009 launch, the website has seen tremendous growth, establishing itself as a potential player in the online entertainment media world. With growth of over 800% in two months, The Hot Zone saw their page impression exceeds 35,000 in January 2010. Projected statistics anticipate to double page impressions by months end. The Hot Zone has recently featured interviews with Theory of a Deadman, Green River Ordinance, Taking Dawn, Cinder Road and Justin Moore. The site has also reviewed and photographed numerous concerts including former American Idol contestants Jason Castro, David Cook, and Chris Daughtry.
The Hot Zone has made its mark with a variety of established entertainers but it also prides itself in being a “new artist” friendly website. Hot Zone Editor Jessica Hollenbach explains, “Working with a variety of talent through the years, I've found it a challenge to locate media outlets willing to give coverage to the up and coming artist. My goal is to provide a media source that will give rising talent the much needed exposure that I feel they deserve. There are so many talented performers out there and my hope is to bring attention to some of the best the industry has to offer.”
