Nelson Bay oysters were first harvested and traded in the Nelson and Marlborough area of New Zealand as early as the 1850s and are highly regarded for their creamy coloured meat, succulence and delicate flavour. Now in season and at their best, you can discover just why they are so prized at Zest Bar & Terrace.
