Queretaro, Mexico. - The professional social network of iXimati has been launched online by a group of entrepreneurs to make networking easier for Latin American users. The objective is to provide a tool to strengthen professional relations and offer internauts a new option to manage their careers through networking.
With iXimati, web users can create their own network of professional contacts and build an e-reputation from their interaction and the added value they bring to their contacts.
To create his profile, a new user needs to enter http://www.iximati.com/
Unlike employment and recruitment websites, iXimati allows job searching in a non traditional way, since it presents characteristics of an interactive professional social network. For instance, if an engineer from Monterrey is looking for a lawyer specialized in penal code in Mexico City, but doesn't know anyone, he will easily find him through his network and consult his references included in his professional profile.
Initiated in Mexico, iXimati network aims at users from all America. In this perspective, the network offers both Spanish and English versions, from which each professional can choose what best suits him.
In April 2009 the iXimati Beta version was launched in response to the lack of an accessible networking tool. Now it's officially released to promote the integration of recent graduates to the business world, the search for clients, providers, partners, investors, as well as the exchange of knowledge with experts on any subject.
