For the fourth time, SGS will sponsor the main conference at Projects & Infrastructure International 2010 from March 16-17, 2010 in Brussels, Belgium. In addition, two supplementary dates are dedicated to discussions regarding issues such as Oil, Gas and Chemicals (on the 15th) and raising and structuring finance for infrastructure projects (on the 18th).
The conference is a one-stop opportunity to learn and debate the factors affecting the development and finance of global energy and infrastructure projects and discuss questions such as “The future of project finance: When will we see a return to longer tenors?” or “Which are the newest risk mitigation and project finance structures?”
Milena Stoyanova, Head of Financial Services of SGS, will speak about “Examining the latest techniques for risk mitigation in volatile markets“ on March 16, 2010. Milena will share with the audience, her expertise on implementing and negotiating large projects with multilaterals and development agencies as well as the Ministries of Finance and Ministries of Trade for Argentina, Mexico, Russia and China. Her team has advised on multiple deals in the infrastructure, energy and renewable sectors.
Milena will also chair the Strategy & Practice session on Financing African Projects on March 17, 2010 discussing topics including Market Outlook and Risk Analyses and Sources of Finance and Investment related to the African region.
