It seems like the Northeast marketing and sales firm is off to a strong start for 2010. The company recently promoted two brand new assistant managers to the next phase of the business.
Francisco Betancourt, age 28 and Linsa Joseph, age 27, started the year off on the right foot by hitting the company's standards and qualifications immediately before the holiday break. Ever since the incorporation of RedZone International, all promotions were always based strictly on perfomance. The company's foundation boils down to nothing less than a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and pure determination.
For Mr. Betancourt and Ms. Joseph, the promotions were based completely on merit, as both individuals had specific targets and standards that had to be hit in order to achieve the next level of success. Both professionals has to consistently hit $4,000 dollars in sales for two weeks in a row. In addition to individual and team sales quotas, both Francisco and Linsa had to successfully train four individuals from Entry-Level Account Executives into Corporate Trainers.
At RedZone International, the business is 30 percent marketing and sales and 70 percent training, coaching and mentoring. It looks like the team at RedZone International is in good hands with these two in charge and it appears to be a promising year for all.
