The Northeastern New York Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association recently honored Good Samaritan Lutheran Health Care Center, a 120-bed skilled nursing residence, for raising over $1300 by participating in the Alzheimer’s Association Memory Walk. Receiving the award from Memory Walk Chairperson, Katie Weklar, for contributing the second highest amount in the nursing home category is Jennifer Travis, Admissions Director for Good Samaritan, which is located in Delmar, NY.
