Miss North America Black Globe is “A Woman Called Truth”
Sojourner Truth is alive once again this Black History month at the School for Champions, Scott Elementary School in Georgia. The first grade class, taught by Ms. Morris with student teacher Mrs. Bennett, was honored by a visit from Miss North America Black Globe Keyolanda Quarterman for a historical look back in time.
The students were excited to meet the queen when she entered the class with her beautiful crown and sash. She then enthralled the students and teachers after transforming into the great Ms. Sojourner Truth and performing a powerful monologue entitled “A Woman Called Truth”
Black Globe International Pageants would like to thank the outstanding teachers and staff of Scott Elementary for doing such an outstanding job in teaching our youth about the history, especially Black history, of America.
