After three months of working with the Von Gehr Consulting Group, LLC, (VGCG) plans have been finalized and everything has been readied for the launch. In December of 2009, RMR came to the Von Gehr Consulting Group, LLC, in need of business coaching. RMR had just been founded as a business and was seeking specific advice to have an excellent open house and launch of the alternative healthcare practice in Denver, Colorado. Concerns around business plans, website development, marketing, and post open house tactics had been on the mind of Sheila Sale, Owner of Rocky Mountain Roots Acupuncture & Herbal Medicine, LLC.

Alexis Krute and Sheila Sale have created Rocky Mountain Roots to offer innovative ideas in healthcare. Alexis and Sheila earned their Masters of Science Degrees in Traditional Chinese Medicine and are Licensed Acupuncturists and Certified Herbalists. Sheila also has 14 years experience as a Massage Therapist.
Alexis and Sheila are both Colorado natives; they represent the Western and Eastern slopes of Colorado, giving rise to Rocky Mountain Roots Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine, LLC. Living in Colorado provides some unique opportunities and also creates health concerns that even the healthiest of person is subject to. Being natives, Alexis and Sheila have a great understanding of how living in Colorado can affect the body and its performance.

About the Von Gehr Consulting Group, LLC
The Von Gehr Consulting Group, LLC, was founded by Erroin A. Martin to provide business coaching, consulting, and other services to companies both large and small. The primary goal is to have our clients be passionate about their business and reach the unachievable.
Drawing upon his fifteen plus years of professional leadership experience Erroin seeks to provide value and world-class services to all of his clients. Erroin's coaching is not only limited to business. In 2000, he coached a U-14 boys soccer team to the Nevada State Championship.
When Erroin is not challenging executives to break out their comfort zones, you can find him brewing beer for the next Samuel Adams® home brewing contest, working with his two Kooikerhondje dogs, or playing soccer.
