Guest of Honor cover model Carol Hannah Whitfield will attend, and silent auction — prepared in collaboration with non-profit group NY Fresh Connections — will raise money to support the Stephen Siller Children’s Foundation. A suggested donation of $20 to benefit the Stephen Siller Children’s Foundation can be made at the door.
The launch party, will be held from 7-12 PM, and will promote designers and styles featured in the Winter 2010 issue, including Roni, American Girl and Lara Miller. TFJ’s cover girl, Carol Hannah Whitfield — the runner-up in last season’s Project Runway — will be the Guest of Honor.

About the Stephen Siller Children’s Foundation:
On September 11, 2001 while off-duty, the New York Fire Fighter — a father of five and himself an orphan by age 10 — heard what was happening in lower Manhattan. Stephen’s determination and unyielding dedication to others compelled him to give his life to save fellow New Yorkers and global citizens that fateful day. At the early age of 10 Stephen Siller lost both of his parents, but was blessed to have a network of siblings and loved ones growing up. The Stephen Siller Children’s Foundation works closely with the New York Foundling — a safe place for orphaned children, in addition to providing resources to children who have lost one or both parents in the line of duty, as well as the Wounded Warrior Project, FDNY, Burn Centers, KIDSAVE, and Freedom and Alliance Scholarship.
