Mr. Tracy is a Partner in the Real Estate practice group of Kirkland's New York office. Mr. Tracy represents and counsels a wide variety of clients, ranging from real estate investment trusts and real estate private equity sponsors to institutional investors and real estate operating companies, in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, development, finance, leasing and operating company and fund formations and investments.

Mr. Tracy also assists in the real estate aspects of corporate bankruptcy, mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, public/private offerings and related transactions. He co-authored the article Tax-Exempts Challenge Private Fund Sponsors in the October 3, 2006 edition of New York Law Journal.
