Peter practices construction law, with special emphasis on litigating construction and surety disputes. He is experienced representing general contractors, subcontractors, owners, design professionals and sureties in a wide variety of construction disputes in state and federal courts as well as arbitration.
Peter is a graduate of University of Connecticut, School of Business, and Brooklyn Law School, where he received his J.D.
