SYNOPSIS:
LAUREN HARRIES: Working 9-5 follows TV's most controversial celebrity Lauren Harries as we challenge her to five mystery jobs in forty hours. Now in her 30’s and having never left home or had a full time job, the series puts her stamina, ability to take instruction and social skills to the test. During the course of the week, Lauren works as an Estate Agent, Fish Merchant, Gym Instructor, Musical Theatre Actor and Radio Presenter! The series finale is a catch up with Lauren six weeks later where we see what effect a taste of working life has had on her and learn about her plans for the future.
BACKGROUND:
Aged 30, who is Lauren Harries? And what became of the little boy who sold us antiques on Wogan? Away from the intensity of the Harries family bubble that shields Lauren from real life, we bring her back to reality for the first time and let the viewers decide for themselves. Series starts Monday 1st March 2010, at 9pm on Showcase TV (Sky channel 216)
Episodes will be repeated throughout the week on Showcase (Sky 216) and on Information TV (Sky 166)
