Following on from the success and popularity of our sweets, customers asked for the Donald Russell’s dessert range to be expanded. Head Chef Stefan and his team got to work almost immediately and it wasn’t long before whispers of these new creations were coming out of the development kitchen. Inspired by traditional recipes, they’ve created three unique dishes by combining different layers of classic baked cheesecake and a modern set fresh cream cheesecake – each with its own topping. Presented in a unique paper board ring for perfect presentation, it’s up to you whether you tell your guests they are homemade or not!
