With the FHA's tighter guidelines putting a damper on the last few months of the Tax Credit, what's a woman to do to maximize resources and reduce expenses?
I don't know about you, but I've stretched my marketing budget about as far as it will go. I've spent money on REO leads to try to peak interest in my listings and spent money on my web developer to make my site more appealing. I've spent hours posting on Craigslist. I've driven miles to look for "Sale By Owner" signs, and my printer loves me - I've spend thousands on business cards and flyers to give to everyone I meet.
