On January 5th, 2010, the management of Accelerated Waste Solutions of North America completed its purchase of Tampa Bay Trash, an ancillary recycling and waste services company. Accelerated Waste has officially launched its Leveraged Buyout, Mergers, and Acquisitions division. The Company is specifically targeting small businesses with an annual of EBITDA of at least $500,000 or more. Since it was founded in 2002, Accelerated Waste Solutions has provided comprehensive, planning-based environmental consulting for various conglomerates and select institutions.
The nine-employee firm includes professionals in the waste management, recycling, landfill, garbage professions. Besides fundamentally aligning the team with the business and its clients, an additional, important advantage is that the partners contribute a new and informed perspective on daily waste diversion. These operational decisions will help foster greater client savings with marked improvements in net operating income.
