Watch the Presidents weekly address on opening doors for small business. Obama spells out plan to increase lending through the SBA Funding and Financing to get cash in the hands of business owners.

The President gives his weekly address on how he plans on helping small business. Over the past few weeks Obama has talked about several program that he would like to implement.
Tax cuts for small business that hire more workers. The tax cut would be $5,000 for every additional new employee that a small business hires.
30 billion for SBA Lending. The president is proposing that the funds that went to Wall Street to bail out big banking be given to local community banks to help small business. The funds that have been paid bank would go directly to the small community banks that in turn would fund small local businesses.

The President also mentioned that caps on loan amounts would also be increased. The SBA (Small Business Administration) guarantees loans to commercial banks that underwrite the loans according to SBA guidelines.
