Per Cazo Cellars, a boutique family owned winery in Paso Robles, CA anounced that the two wines, Epi Telos and Tres Blanc, they entered in this years San Fancisco Chronicle wine competition each won a silver medal.
Epi Telos is a red Rhone blend of 66% Syrah, 22% Grenache and 12% Mourvedre. This "GSM" blend is typical of the Rhone blends coming from Paso Robles AVA.
Tres Blanc is a white Rhone blend of 44% Grenache Blanc, 44% Roussanne and 12% Viognier. For more information on Per Cazo Cellars wines go to www.percazocellars.com.
