This protest is regarding the unfair treatment and injustices surrounding the children involved by decisions from State legislation toward hiring and firing of employees, due process issues, investigative reports and last minute obligations proposed in order for providers to be able to put together financial records or resulting in shutting down facilities leaving children and working parents without a place to watch their child while at work which could lead to the down fall of an entire community. The magnitude of these actions surely affects local child care proviiders in the urban community, their families and employers who have been effected and blind sided by recent activitives in these already tough economic times.
