Square Lake Road in Troy, MI.

Paul will share, in more detail, three (3) simple steps to manage contractors:
1. Do your homework.
2. Lay out a detailed scope of work that outlines your expectations.
3. Investigate the contractor’s business before you go to contract.
This talk will last approximately 2 hours.
