Confirmation of the date of Marcee Lee Winthrop's Orlando audition for "America's Got Talent" has been received.It is Saturday February 13,2010 at Loews Royal Pacific Resort at Universal Orlando,6300 Hollywood Way,Orlando,Fl.32819.Marcee has been practicing daily and says that she is not nervous at all and is ready for the audition. "I don't get nervous about singing or speaking in public.I really like people and usually they like me,too." Marcee hopes that her talent and confidence will land her on "America's Got Talent" this Summer. "If I am nervous at all,it's about upgrading my look before the audition. I have a beautiful dress already,but I don't own any makeup at all and haven't done anything with my hair.I struggle with basic needs for my daughter and myself everyday so these things have not even been on my mind until now.I do want to look nicer,I just can't afford to.However,I have a friend who sells Avon and is willing to give me some samples of makeup for my audition and another friend is looking into doing something with my hair." Marcee has been ridiculed and lacked confidence in the past because of missing teeth. "I used to walk down the street with my head and eyes tilted toward the ground because I was embarrassed by my teeth.I didn't want anyone to see them and I hardly ever spoke in public.Wow!I've come a long way.I do speak and sing in public now.When people get to know me,my teeth don't seem to matter anymore.I wish that I could get new teeth but I can't afford them.However,I have had dreams were I have seen myself with brand new teeth and a makeover.I turned out to look simply lovely.I do hope that comes true." When Marcee was asked what she plans to do in the future,she stated,"I would love to travel the world and sing my heart out for my audience,record some outstanding songs in a studio,continue to write books on the side,eventually do some acting(Marcee studied at Actors Workshop in Boston,Mass.)
