Norfolk, VA –Bob Gardner, PE, BCEE, has been re-elected to the Board of Directors of SCS Engineers (SCS). In addition, Mr. Gardner recently became the Director of the Solid Waste Association of North America's (SWANA) Landfill Management Technical Division. Mr. Gardner has been with SCS since 1980, holding increasing responsible positions within the firm during that time. He now oversees SCS’s company-wide solid waste practice and is a Senior Vice President.
