Established business brokerage firm expands into Wilmington, N.C.
Vested Business Brokers, LTD. – one of the largest business brokerage firms in the Northeast – recently expanded into Wilmington and the Cape Fear region. As part of its launch in southeastern North Carolina, the firm hired Anthony Durso to oversee area operations. The move comes as Vested Business Brokers approaches nearly a decade of service and finds its role as an industry leader snowballing into broader markets.
Durso, who’s at the forefront of Vested’s push into this region, will work with local business owners in New Hanover, Brunswick, Pender and Columbus counties. Specifically, he’ll help them expedite the sale of their companies, while guiding interested entrepreneurs to their ideal purchases. In addition, Durso will serve as a resource for businesses considering a sale in the future – providing owners with vital information on industry trends, business valuation and recommended action plans for future success.
Durso comes to Vested Business Brokers with an MBA in marketing from Rutgers Graduate School of Management and more than 30 years experience as an account executive for an international petrochemical outfit. He holds extensive experience in market development, research and financial analysis.
