Feb. 3, 2010 - PRLog -- Lumina Headlight Restoration, a Denver based mobile headlight restoration service company, has received their first review on the consumer driven business review site Yelp.  The first review, according to the owner, Heath Holmes, was “incredible” and “a testament to the fact that focusing on the customer experience is key to sticking in the customer’s mind”.  Holmes also stated that this particular customer, “as stated in the customer’s own words on the review, was very skeptical through the whole process.  It was Lumina’s job to prove to him that we knew what we were doing and we would not be satisfied until he was happy.”  From the review it is obvious that Lumina succeeded in this goal.
      According to Yelp’s website, their purpose is “to connect people with great local businesses” and provide a place where customers can voice their satisfaction or disgust for any company within a given area.  Yelpers rate businesses on a 5 star system with 5 being the “best of the best”.  They get visits from over 26 million people every month and this number seems to grow monthly.  Yelp provides a great service itself by providing a useful research tool for customers.  In this light, Lumina was pleased to have received a 5 star rating for its first review and hopes to see many reviews in the future as the site’s popularity grows.
       “We don’t want to focus on the number of stars we get online because that could distract us from our true target which is to provide exceptional service every time, with every customer, on every job” Holmes stated.  “But it’s really validating to have someone publicly thank us and provide such an awesome review.”  Lumina would like to return the favor and publicly thank Dave for being the first to review Lumina Headlight Restoration and allowing them to prove themselves.
