Feb. 3, 2010 - PRLog -- Sunaparant, Goa’s Konkani Daily, was begun in 1989 – the year Goa achieved its statehood. Beginning with 4 pages in black and white, the paper slowly transitioned to a 6 page format.  In 2004, Sunaparant then took another step forward and became a fully fledged colour newspaper.

Currently, it is the only Konkani daily in devanagri script in circulation. Sunaparant has a circulation of approx. 8,000 readers. The Goan diaspora overseas has always made known its demand for an online version which they could access with ease.  Sunaparant on Goacom now brings to the Goan reader internationally, an easy and user friendly means to read the daily Konkani news and also save a pdf version for detailed reading at leisure.

Sunaparant can now be accessed by going to http://www.goacom.com
