Maddin, Hauser, Wartell, Roth & Heller P.C., a Southfield, Michigan-based law firm, has named Michelle C. Harrell as a shareholder of the firm and the managing shareholder of the firm’s 8-member General & Complex Litigation Group. She concentrates her practice on complex commercial, real estate, receivership and family law litigation.
Harrell is a Barrister in the American Inn of Court, Oakland County Chapter; an appointed member of the U. S. Courts Committee of the State Bar of Michigan, a mentor in the Oakland County Bar Association Mentor Program; and an Oakland County Circuit Court Case Evaluator.
She received a Bachelor of Science in accounting, summa cum laude, from the University of Detroit in 1990 and her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Wayne State University Law School in 1993. While in law school, she participated in moot court competitions and received American Jurisprudence Awards. She is a resident of Grosse Pointe Woods.
