Jack and Jill of America offers FREE Leadership & Empowerment Workshop for East Atlanta Teens

Feb. 3, 2010 - PRLog -- In celebration of Black History Month, the East Suburban Atlanta Chapter of Jack and Jill of America will host a Leadership Workshop for 15-18 year old teens in DeKalb, Rockdale, Newton, Walton and neighboring counties.  The three-hour workshop will focus on career planning, time management and financial literacy.  Teens will have the opportunity to participate in mock interviews, prepare resumes, and receive expert advice on how to best market themselves for the careers to which they aspire. The proper way to use Social Networking tools will also be reviewed.    

This FREE, interactive session will include lunch and door prizes.  Presenters are local entrepreneurs, businesswomen and educators.  The event will take place from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm on Saturday, February 27 at Elks Aidmore located at 2394 Morrison Road Southwest Conyers, GA 30094.
