. Surfing the internet by mobile phone has never been as comfortable as with the iPhone by Apple. A user-friendly interface as a touch screen, a fast operating system and convenient download options make surfing the internet with the iPhone so appealing. To this ambitious target group, the Hanover-based software house HaCon offers timetable information especially for the iPhone - an application specifically developed for this platform. It involves a visually appealing user interface, intuitive operation and all the amenities that passengers expect from the iPhone.
With the winter timetable change on December 13th 2009, the timetable of Deutsche Bahn AG (DB) for the iPhone, called DB Navigator, has been launched to the market (www.bahn.de)
. With the touch of a finger, users get quick and reliable answers to questions like: What do I get to stop by the shortest walking distance? What is the quickest way to my goal? How do I reach my departure stop walking? The iPhone application for travel planning can be configured according to individual customer needs.
HAFAS iPhone applications are currently also available in Denmark (Rejseplanen:

. The release of further versions is planned for 2010.
HAFAS for the iPhone and other new HAFAS solutions can be experienced live at the IT-TRANS from February 24th to 26th. There, HaCon presents its latest developments around the timetable information system HAFAS.
