On Friday, January 29th, VLC Entertainment hosted DJ Remell Modovia at the packed Lotus Lounge in northwest D.C. DJ Remell Modovia started spinning since he was 16 years old.  His interest is in all variations of House and Hip-Hop, which has emerge into a lifestyle of electronic music.  Remell's major influences are Robbie Rivera, A Tribe Called Quest, Carl Cox and LMFAO with a little hip-hop flare; this is themed into his DJ sets.
