Derby, UK: Following its launch in 2009 FamousForFifteenSeconds.com is now attracting the interest of the internet marketing world and in an exclusive interview on Web Marketing Radio (http://www.famousforfifteenseconds.com/wmr-interview.mp3) site owner Adrian Cowley describes the inception and development of the site.

FamousForFifteenSeconds.com challenges individuals and businesses to create an attention grabbing image or logo to promote their product, message or website to a Global audience. Each image gets exclusive use of the homepage in a loop, but is only displayed for 15 seconds at any one time so it has to be snappy. Subscribers are also able to submit animated displays and to ensure the integrity of the site Cowley vets all submissions to ensure they fit within reasonable guidelines.

As Cowley says, "To date, there have been some creative and clever treatments that have captured the imagination of casual browsers and been a great source of new customers for the subscriber" and “…already we have a great variety of businesses using the site and I’m looking forward to seeing even more as it continues to grow. I loved the MillionDollarHomepage from a few years ago and the huge number of diverse clients they had, we’re hopeful to get similar. It quickly became important just to be a part of it; we're now getting that with FamousForFifteenSeconds.”

Since its launch, the site has seen traffic grow 63% month on month and as Cowley says "We were pleased to get the slot on WMR as they have featured a lot of the big names in Internet Marketing such as Armand Morin and Willie Crawford and the publicity this brings to the site should further increase website traffic to us and to our subscribers and who knows, now we're rubbing shoulders with the big boys perhaps they'll want to sign up as well".

The site has deliberately been priced to make it accessible to all, as Cowley states "We have priced subscription at $5 per month to ensure it's within the reach not only of large corporations but also individuals and small local businesses, all of whom get equal airplay. Importantly there is no long term commitment either, anyone can unsubscribe after just one month if they so choose, though no-one has". Following the slot on WMR, Cowley now plans to target other similar media outlets to further increase visibility of the site and through it, its subscribers.

Cowley is also planning to make contributions to bodies researching cures for diabetes and coeliac disease, from which two of his children suffer and hopes to make an announcement soon.
