He is the recipient of the Mother Theresa Award for Hyperbaric Medicine services to the indigent. Dr. Jolly-Gabriel also resides as the Chairman of the Richard A. Neubauer Research Institute for Hyperbaric Oxygen Treatment. Dr. Jolly established the Hyperbaric Center at Whitaker Wellness, which under his management became the largest Hyperbaric Oxygen Treatment center in the United States. Recently, Dr. Jolly established the Hyperbaric Institute at the Center for New Medicine in Irvine, California.
The Richard A. Neubauer Research Institute for Hyperbaric Oxygen Treatment is a non-profit organization, established through the wishes of Dr. Richard Neubauer, to promote the research and education of hyperbaric oxygen treatment.
