Sports Masseur supports International Fitness Week

Fitness First welcomes you to International Fitness Week from 1st to 7th February and offers you the chance to discover how much fun getting active can be!

Feb. 2, 2010 - PRLog -- On Tuesday, at Fitness First Leeds, you can participate in a 10 minute Core Workout – building a strong ‘core’ is the key to maintaining great posture and reducing unwanted back pain. Alongside this, you will have the chance to speak with Sally Barker, Owner of SB Sports Massage who will be able to demonstrate the benefits of deep tissue massage to relieve and prevent back pain. If it is your legs that ache and feel tight, Sally will be offering free massage throughout the day to release tension, ensuring you feel re-energised and fit to train again.

“It’s a myth that Sports Massage is painful” says Sally, qualified Sports Massage Practitioner at SB Sports Massage. “Deep tissue massage is a great way to ease the tension that builds up in the muscles after a hard workout and is also beneficial for those who experience back pain as a result of poor posture or a weak core.”

Sally will be available from 4pm on Tuesday 2nd February to offer free massage to members and visitors at Fitness First so you can experience the true benefits of deep tissue massage.

Try something new – be inspired towards a healthier you!
