High Times, An Alien Paradise

This book is inspired by a dream of making a movie about the best of life...and then they discover aliens in the basement. These people at a place called "HIGH TIMES" have the secret of life. They really know how to live life to it's fullest. At "HIGH TIMES" things are good and very real and practical. Lots of good messages on how to live well and harmoniously.
However as in real life, humans have contact with the unknown. They have alien contact and try to figure out how to respond. The book has constant surprises, but they are coherently plotted. It's like many decades were spend designing this saga...or maybe it is a gift from else where. The book parallels the real world of UFO and alien contact fables, or perhaps better put...documentaries.
The story spends half of the readers attention on a wonderful experience working at "HIGH TIMES", playing, loving, and learning ways to improve and develop good relationships with coworkers, friends, lovers, and companions, both at work and else where. Well...maybe not so much the, "else where". They do have to learn what's going on in the basement of "HIGH TIMES", that is when they embark on the unknown. And the unknown gets exciting and challenging at times, but they also know how to interweave their good times somehow into the search for answers to the little alien friends visiting in the basement.
The book ends with the classic awesome and profound thought provoking. The idea here is to leave the audience thinking about this story for the rest of their life.
I'll let you in on a secret... the dream ended in a screening theater, where after the credits pass and the house lights come up, there is a discussion of the merits of the movie. The discussion concludes that the movie is a "blockbuster, blow yours socks off" potential big hit!
So, what we have here is a dream that isn't any normal dream but some kind of conduit from possibly a higher intelligence giving advice to human kind on how to get along together, but also tells of the need to consider that humans may not be alone in the cosmos.
