After expanding the barbeque selection at their Queens location, Three Brothers BBQ has tweaked its menu for 2010, adding 8 new products. All are southern inspired and most feature their house smoked bbq meats. Additionally, all are rooted in suggestions from family friends and customers.
In the appetizer section they have added two loaded bbq finger foods, Loaded Nachos and Loaded Fries. Both come with heaping portions of bbq plus other toppings. Pulled Pork Tacos, after becoming a local cult favorite in Bayside, is a standard menu item now, and you can choose pulled chicken or chopped bbq brisket as well. All tacos are available in soft or hard shells. BBQ Sliders, Smothered Cornbread, and Burnt Ends, small bites of brisket coated in bbq sauce, round out the new apps.
Po' Boys, traditional southern sandwiches, have been added to the main bbq menu. Featured are the Crabby Amy, a homemade lump crab cake sandwich, as well as the Southern Fried Fish and Fried Shrimp Po' Boys.
Queens BBQ is not what most people think of in New York when they have a hankering for pulled pork, but when they do, they find us and they are not disappointed"
