Nate Beck, Guitarist, Black Velvet Deluxe
St. Paul Minnesota native Nate Beck, guitarist for rising L.A. rock band, BLACK VELVET DELUXE, and 2008 graduate of St. Paul’s School of Rock Music makes his debut performance on Hollywood’s renowned Sunset Strip this Friday, Feb. 5, 2010. The doors will open at 7:30PM, with Black Velvet Deluxe taking the stage at 10:15.
The Cat Club, so named because of part-owner Slim Jim Phantom of the Stray Cats, has been home to rock musicians for years. Located between Whisky A-Go-Go and The Roxy, this intimate club attracts fans and famous alike.
Beck moved from the Twin Cities to Los Angeles to attend Musicians’ Institute College of Contemporary Music and ultimately become a professional rock musician. Just 12 months later, Beck finds himself in one of L.A.’s fastest-rising rock bands, BLACK VELVET DELUXE.
