KUB is a training and development company working with people of all ages. Depending on which sailing area is closest to you KUB works with leading sailing schools in that area to provide yachts complete with RYA Instructors to ensure your event is both safe and informative.

We also work in partnership with an evening entertainments company who offer Casino fun based entertainment including roulette and black jack.

Sailing Teamwork can design your day around your objectives and what you need to achieve whether it is team development or corporate entertainment. This is a great way to raise money for your favourite charity.

Are you a sailing school that provides quality sailing experiences? Do you have quality yachts for corporate team building and can you supply RYA Yachtmaster Instructors to skipper the boats and providing basic sailing skills development whilst working with a faciltator (Coastal Skipper qualified) to draw out the learning for the team building?

Sailing Teamwork is a marketing service provided by KUB to promote team building in the fun, exciting and safe environment of sailing. It allows groups to learn to work together whilst gaining new skills.
