IH Dubai Offering the Chance to Attend TESOL Arabia

Feb. 1, 2010 - PRLog -- In anticipation of the 16th annual TESOL Arabia conference on 11-13 March, International House Dubai is providing one lucky person with the opportunity to join their team at what is probably the event of the year for teachers and trainers to meet, discuss and gain invaluable professional development.

As ever, there is a fantastic line-up of ELT luminaries with such well-known names as Mike McCarthy, David Nunan, Jeremy Harmer (sponsored by IH Dubai) and Gavin Dudeney, to name but a few.

This year’s theme is ‘Transformations in TESOL’ which is apt because change is one of the few constants in our field! In light of this and for your chance to attend the full conference (3 days plus lunch vouchers) all you have to do is write in, telling us in no more than 350 words, about a transformational event in your teaching career. For example, it could be a defining moment during your CELTA/teacher training course, a lesson where things ‘clicked’ or a time when a student taught you something.
