Uniblue Systems Ltd, a leading developer of software solutions for optimizing computer performance, and Dasys, distributor of licensed software, have entered into an agreement to give Dasys the exclusive right to distribute and market Uniblue products in Russia and CIS.
The agreement signed between the two companies confirms that Dasys will have the right to represent Uniblue Systems Ltd in Russia and CIS countries, carrying out retail and wholesale distribution of Uniblue software solutions, as well as providing comprehensive technical and marketing support for the products.
Dasys shall be promoting all four current Uniblue titles: RegistryBooster, DriverScanner, SpeedUpMyPC, and DiskRescue; the first three are also available together as the PowerSuite product. Uniblue’s easy-to use range allows PC users everywhere to get the most out of their computers by improving PC speed, stability and performance.
As part of this agreement, the two companies will organize joint marketing activities and events, conferences and partner seminars aimed at training, counseling and providing information and marketing support for potential users and partners. Dasys shall assume responsibility for the delivery and maintenance of Uniblue software, in addition to regional advertising and PR activities across all its territories
