Bloodthirsty Games is proud to announce the launch of the company’s first published iPhone title, the 3D tattoo simulation game “Tattoo Me: Legendary Ink”.
In “Tattoo Me: Legendary Ink”, tattoo fans can create, customize and personalize their own male 3D Tattoovatar character by plastering his body with an assortment of tattoos. Players can develop their own unique look and style for their Tattoovatars by selecting, sizing and placing tattoos on their body in distinctive ways.
“Tattoos have become incredibly popular in our culture, and people with tattoos tend to be very passionate about them”, said John Cibulski, Co-Founder of game publisher Bloodthirsty Games. “Despite this popularity, there has not been a 3D game of this type designed specifically for the core or even the casual tattoo fan, until now”.
“Tattoo Me: Legendary Ink” features a fun simulation where players earn cash and respect to “level up”, allowing them to access hundreds of tattoos, four unique artists and other game content. At the highest game levels the user can unlock the exclusive “Legendary Ink” tattoo shop to access the best tattoos the game has to offer.
Community elements are an important aspect of “Tattoo Me: Legendary Ink”. Players can take snapshot portraits of their Tattoovatar characters and share them with friends via email, MMS and Facebook. Tattoovatar portraits can be easily saved to the iPhone Camera Roll or posted to Facebook with the touch of a button, allowing players to show off their full-body ink projects to friends instantly.
“It’s all about showing off your tattoo handiwork,” said Mr. Cibulski. “We anticipate that people will find clever and creative ways to ink their Tattoovatars, and hope that they will utilize the game’s community elements to share their unique creations with other tattoo fanatics.”
