It should come as no surprise that freelance and software writing Lee Hiller, formerly of
Portland Oregon, now of Hot Springs, Ar has the love of nature in her blood. Her late father prior to WWII was a Park Ranger in the Ochoco National Forest and after the war became a
a surveyor for the BPA (Bonneville Power Administration)
At times she went with him to work and he taught her the respect and beauty of nature and wildlife. Many years later, she met Googles #1 ranked off-beat cartoonist and nature-lover Rick London who had been enjoying Hots Springs National Park for 12 years. After she moved to Hot Springs, Arkansas she began hiking again, Her daily visits to the park inspired her to begin writing daily and sharing photographs of her adventures in Hot Spings National Park http://HotSpringsNationalParkAR.com/
In her own words she says, “Hiking in our State and National Parks allows us all to experience our planet and Nature's beauty. I created my blog to share my Love of Nature and hopefully inspire others to visit the parks that are a part of our heritage. These remarkable locations were preserved for future generations to ensure they would have the ability to connect with the land and wildlife that existed long before we built our cities. Every time we visit our Nation's Parks we honor those who fought to preserve many of the place we often take for granted. "Love of nature is the essence of what is beautiful in mankind. Let your soul rejoice at even the smallest creature."
