With Self Development You Will Thrive In This Economy

trying to find employment, but many are just trying to survive.  With the unemployment
rate at double digits,  and job security barely existent, people are running scared.

But you don’t have to; with the proper use of self development, you can make yourself a
magnet for employers looking for great people. “ There are powers inside of you which, if
you could discover and use, would make of you everything you ever dreamed or imagined
you could become.”  Orison Swett Marden   All employers are looking for people who can think outside the box, who are willing and able to do more with the tools at hand, and who will do more than the job requires without being asked.  If you are the 1 out of 100 who are willing to do this, the sky is the limit, but you must choose to grow, to develop yourself and your abilities.

There are 4 levels of self development that I want to address, first is ‘Self Awareness’.  Self Awareness is about knowing where you are currently at  and where you want to go.  Second concerns clearing out the old programs; your current paradigms that are holding you back.  Third is about creating new paradigms, empowering thoughts and developing a ‘can do’ attitude.  Lastly involves Action.  All of the above is worthless without action.

Take the above 4 steps implement them into your life and see what happens.  Life is a continual process of growth, you can resist it or you can flow with it, but standing still you will find you will be left behind. So what’s holding you back?  If you decide to build yourself to your highest ideals, you will literally be irresistible to employers and succeed in any endeavor you choose.
