A Date with Destiny nominated for 'Best Literary Talk Show' by the AAMBC

Jan. 29, 2010 - PRLog -- The African Americans on the Move Book Club announced the nomination of author and literary personality Destiny Carter for her Blogtalk show “A Date with Destiny.”

The nomination for “Best Literary Talk Show” marks the first for Ms. Carter.  “A Date with Destiny” premiered in June of 2008 with marketing guru and publicist extraordinaire Dana Pittman as the inaugural guest.

Since then Ms. Carter has interviewed the brightest authors and industry insiders.  Past guest included: Author TL James-Mpire, Jean Holloway-Black Jack, Essence best seller Cydney Rax-My husband’s girl friend, Literary award winner Lorraine Elzia-The Mistress Memoirs, and Michele Cameron- Never say Never.
