TV Series Profiles C. Tricky Stewart For "Road To A Gramy®"

Jan. 29, 2010 - PRLog -- January 25, 2010 – Music Voyager (www.musicvoyager.com), a new TV and broadband series that gives viewers a backstage pass to the most popular and fascinating music from around the world, announced that the next artist profiled in its ROAD TO A GRAMMY® special is C. Tricky Stewart (www.trickystewart.com), the multi-talented American songwriter, producer, publisher, recording industry executive, recording studio owner and image-maker who has worked with some of the biggest music superstars in the world. Tricky is nominated at this year's 52nd GRAMMY Awards as a songwriter for Song of the Year & Best R&B Song of the Year for Beyonce's 'Single Ladies', and as a producer for Album of the Year for Beyonce's album "I am… Sasha Fierce".

Music Voyager, a new music and travel series that begins broadcasting in early February 2010 in North America on PBS as distributed by American Public Television, and internationally on Nat Geo Music & Adventure channel and other international networks, is filming Tricky Stewart at his Pre-GRAMMY party the weekend of the GRAMMYs for the ROAD TO A GRAMMY special.  The series' host, acclaimed ethnomusicologist and international music record producer Jacob Edgar, has been on the road visiting with GRAMMY nominees in anticipation of the 52nd GRAMMY Awards on January 31st.  

The ROAD TO A GRAMMY episodes will air this spring, after the Music Voyager series launches with musical expeditions to India and Jamaica.  The special gives fans a more personal experience by showing them the road that has brought Tricky to his GRAMMY nominations, along with giving viewers an exclusive look at his personal background and inspirations.  

Global visitors are invited to get a taste of what a PRE-GRAMMY party is like, share in the anticipation and even influence the filming of the broadcast as it progresses.
