Bellevue, WA - SCS Engineers announces that Kevin Lakey, LHG, PE, has joined the firm’s Bellevue, Washington, office. Mr. Lakey has 25 years of environmental engineering experience largely focused on solid waste management projects in the Northwestern USA. His experience includes facility permitting, master planning, and landfill design and construction quality assurance. In addition, Mr. Lakey has extensive experience with the preparation of engineering plans for the operation of active landfills and closure and post closure measures. He is also proficient with the hydrogeologic characterization of solid waste sites, RCRA hazardous waste sites, agricultural sites, regional aquifer systems, and has prepared numerous feasibility studies for site remediation.
Mr. Lakey joins a technical team in SCS’s Northwest offices that includes Greg Helland, LG, LHG, John Richards, PE, Dan Venchiarutti, LG, LHG, and Louis Caruso, LG, LHG. Kevin’s depth of experience contributes to SCS’s ability to deliver a broad spectrum of environmental and solid waste engineering services.
